⚠ Map Accuracy & Disclaimer

These maps are for reference purposes only

The maps made available through Create My Maps are sourced from publicly available geographic data and open datasets. While we make every effort to use reputable sources, Create My Maps does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or suitability of any map or geographic data presented on this platform or within any export produced using our tools.

Geographic boundaries, political borders, territory names, and administrative divisions are inherently subject to dispute, change, and interpretation. Maps on this platform may not reflect the most recent geopolitical developments, boundary demarcations, or census data. They are not intended for navigation, legal, governmental, or any purpose requiring precision or official authority.

Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any map before using it for any specific purpose, and for any consequences arising from the way their maps are used, shared, published, interpreted, or acted upon — whether by themselves or by any third party who views their work.

Create My Maps expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, claim, or expense — including but not limited to reputational, legal, financial, or political consequences — arising from reliance on any map, data, or export produced through this platform. The inclusion of any territory, region, or boundary on a map does not constitute a political statement or endorsement by Create My Maps.

If you notice an inaccuracy, outdated boundary, missing region, or any other geographic error, we warmly encourage you to contact us. We review all corrections and update our data on a best-effort basis.

How we satisfy attribution

Every map exported from Create My Maps includes a "Created Using Create My Maps · createmymaps.com" stamp in the bottom-right corner of the exported image. This stamp satisfies MapSVG's attribution requirement for derived works. Users who remove or obscure this stamp when publishing are responsible for providing their own attribution to MapSVG.
